Desktop Analyst / Project Coordinator to assist in Desktop Technology Standardization Effort / Buildout
Onsite 5 days a week Jersey City, NJ

Responsibilities Include: 
  • Approve project furniture installation mock-ups for new builds/refreshes.
  • Work with furniture installer if/when furniture is not installed correctly on a project or mock-up.
  • Work with planning and enablement project management to ensure correct furniture components are ordered on projects.
  • Attend Planning and Enablement project calls as needed.
  • Provide updates to standards. 
  • Update systems when there are new standard releases.
  • Share new standard document releases with team.
  • Conduct quality control and inspections for new build outs, ensuring that technology areas like workspaces, meeting rooms & touchdown spaces adhere to defined standards.  Document issues in managed platforms and facilitate remediation.
