Desktop Analyst / Project Coordinator to assist in Desktop Technology Standardization Effort / Buildout

Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities Include:
- Approve project furniture installation mock-ups for new builds/refreshes.
- Work with furniture installer if/when furniture is not installed correctly on a project or mock-up.
- Work with planning and enablement project management to ensure correct furniture components are ordered on projects.
- Attend Planning and Enablement project calls as needed.
- Provide updates to standards.
- Update systems when there are new standard releases.
- Share new standard document releases with team.
- Conduct quality control and inspections for new build outs, ensuring that technology areas like workspaces, meeting rooms & touchdown spaces adhere to defined standards. Document issues in managed platforms and facilitate remediation.
