On-Call Field Technician - Part Time

RCC is looking for technicians in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas to assist with desktop/network install/decommission and Break/ Fix tickets. 

This work will be conducted mostly during normal business hours, but may involve nights and weekends. We are building up a talent pool of techs that we can contact for tech support work. Work hours vary. Lots of work!

These tickets include the following:

  • ·      Desktop/Laptop/ VDI/ Monitor and peripheral installs
  • ·      Vendor Escorts
  • ·      Cable Infrastructure Patching
  • ·      Rack & Stack of network devices
  • ·      Decommission of network/server devices
  • ·      Cisco phone installations- Troubleshoot Cisco switches, power supplies, line cords, etc.
  • ·      Power Disconnect & Parts Inventory Property
