Hardware Support - onsite / NJ / M-F 9-5

Focus will be on 
rack and unracking servers, rack mounting, storage replacement, warranty facilitation and working with vendor techs; enterprise systems, data center/PDU/airflow mgmt, power mgmt/loading, change management; working with IBM, Dell/HPE server hardware. Responding to alerts and alarms. Working with vendors for hardware replacement. 

•    LOAD IN / LOAD OUT for Data Center
•    Experience supporting legacy and heterogeneous hardware (NetApp E-Series, Lenovo DE enclosures, Dell       Powervault storage ). Debugging hardware issues with disks and controllers on NetApp E5760, Lenovo DE6000       and Dell MD3460s
•    Monitoring experience. Setup and monitor alerts for hardware issues
•    Create tickets with respective vendors and resolve issues - end to end
        -   SLA - less than 1 hour for responding to hardware issues (Mon-Fri 9-5)
        -   Less than 2 days to fix hardware issues
        -   Availability on weekends for Server 1 issues
